Production Times: The majority of our products require 3-5 working days for production before dispatch, possibly even sooner. In instances where you've ordered a group of items or during peak periods, the processing time may extend.
For color preferences not listed, kindly reach out via email after placing your order, and we will explore available options from our extensive color range.

Delivery: All items are dispatched through a third-party service. While we take meticulous care in packaging with necessary materials and stickers to ensure secure delivery, Terrazzo Home cannot assume responsibility for breakages caused by the shipping company. Upon handing over your package to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with your waybill number for tracking.
Care: Our items are sealed for splash resistance and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Swiftly address potent contaminants like wine or coffee. 
Each item undergoes hand casting, sanding, and sealing in our studio, resulting in unique pieces with variations in color and pattern.
Regrettably, we do not accept returns or offer refunds as all items are made to order.
